The Problem
Josh, the Founder of Juju’s, came to us needing a full brand build out. A restaurateur in the Berkshires for many years, he was now opening something a little different – a quick-service joint that aimed to be yum, fun and efficient. While also on a mission to address workforce housing, pay fair wages and build community. The space was small. Small & simple is key – but challenging to fit everything. And it needed to attract a wide audience from inviting adults to kids into the juju’s culture.
The Solution
To create an approachable, colorful, fun look that spoke to the masses and can be easily transferrable as they expand locations. A space where locals can become regulars and tourists can mark as a destination. The branding conveys feelings of good, positive juju. Not only does it illude to the core product of krispy bites (like popcorn chicken with the expressive, bouncy typography), but also, the krispy culture – one where you’re free to express yo’ self through food, music, fashion and more. And the brand messaging is sassy and inviting, as if you’re talking to your best bud. Come visit juju’s next time you’re in the Berkshires!
In their Words
My number one takeaway is how much Alex brought to the table that nobody asked for. The ideas never stopped — there was always another direction to explore, another detail worth getting right. That's the strength: real creativity paired with a level of commitment you can't fake. Alex didn't treat Juju's like a project to finish, but like something worth going above and beyond for, and it shows in everything we ended up with.
Having now launched two brands with Little Echo, I can speak to this with real confidence. The quality is there every time, but what matters just as much for a busy entrepreneur is the engagement and commitment Alex brings to a project, and the execution you can actually count on. When you're running a business, knowing something will get done right without you hovering over it is worth its weight in gold. If you're trying to bring your brand to life, I'd recommend working with Alex and Little Echo without hesitation.
